Really it depends on the situation. HOPEFULLY, they're not "on" together....
You know, they say women are b*****s, this is true- only because men are whiny asses!
But I'd have to say a man. Women get PMS... we're crabby, then we're cool... a man b*****S about everything, says hurtful things and acts careless.

Only women bleed.....the only time of the month I have is payday and she gets that anyway....women are "worser"....
