I am having trouble enabling Windows Aero. I have the Home Premium Edition of Windows Vista.
I have 1GB of RAM, and 32-bit operating system. But, I have a Radeon IGP 345M graphics card. I'm not sure if that is supported for Aero. And if it is the wrong type, is there anything else I can do? My laptop is made so that you can't change the graphics card.

Go to the above link and download and run the Windows Vista Upgrade Adviser. This utility will inform you of any hardware or software incompatibilities your machine has and will advise you as to which version of Vista is most compatible with your system. If your graphics card isn't capable of running Aero, it will tell you.

Right Click on the Desktop and click Personalize.
Click Visual Appearance
Open Classic Appearance Properties
Select Windows Vista Aero
Click OK.
You can also click the checkbox next to Enable Transparent Glass and click OK
