Is it just more to does Bobby Lashley seem to have a pretty minimal following? He got straight booed on raw the other night when McMahon called him the "best champion". Personally he is one of my favorites, he is a powerhouse (which we know vince loves) but also has much better mat skills than say Batista and John Cena. So Im just curious, what is everyone's beef with him? And if you have one, express it

Lashley is booed because he is not charismatic enough. He is a great wrestler; better than John Cena at any rate. I don't know about Batista though. Anyway, it all comes back to charisma. WWE Developmental should have had him work on his mic skills before they sent him up. The few times I have heard him talk were horrible in my opinion.

Another thing they could have done was give him a manager like James Mitchell and Abyss from TNA. They could have set him up to be the next Brock Lesnar. He certainly has the physique for it. They should also make him expand his move library. Usually when I see him fight, he hits clotheslines and spears with the occasional T-bone suplex and military slams. He should get a move like Sky High Belly to Belly suplex; something that will make his matches seem more intense and exciting.

Then there's the fact that he's the champion of a crap show that no one really watches and the people who do would only be happy if an ECW original were the champion(not that I have anything wrong with that). All of those reasons are why people boo him

Lashly is a good athlete for sure. I think he lacks a little of the explosiveness and edge that Cena and Batista have.

Lashley is more mello, and just does what he has to do.

His weakness in this area is further exposed by his lack of mic skills. He's not nearly as charismatic as John Cena.

The third thing going against Lashley is that he's the champion of what is viewed as the inferior show. (viewed pretty correctly, by the way) Sure, he's champion, but look at his competition. There's no 'marquee' name on ECW. The best they've got is RVD but he's not being pushed. (They're building Lashly into a marquee name but it'll take time)

Then when you consider that Lashly lost more then won against guys like Finlay, and you see why he's not held in the same esteem as Batista and Cena.

Bobby Lashley is better than John Cena and Batista, i will have to admit. But i can tell you why he is in a much lower league then them; because he is black. It's quite obvious. I don't have anything against Lashley, i would love to see him a champion of a belt that's a lot more worth it. It is probably because of his feud with King Booker, he basically won from him all the time and made it all look easy, but that's not his fault, that's the WWE's fault with it's 'creative team' which got a lot of faults.

Have a good day.

Bobby has great matt skills and is a built. Probobly with Lashley is he has no MIC skills what so ever. He still is a high mid care and needs to be pushed over. Right now they are trying to make him a real champion so when he gets back on Raw or SmackDown he will be able to go for a True belt. (I think the intercontinental championship is looking as a higher belt then the ecw title) BRing back the hardcore belt!

I think that it has a lot to do with Lashley being nearly identical to Batista. While he is not as vocal, his matches are very similar to watching a Batista match. It's all about power moves when they wrestle. Lashley should become "heel" to better define himself and become more of his own character.

Bobby is great in my opioin he can out wrestle cena and batista on their best day. I think people just booed cause their in love with batista and cena and bobby is a newcomer and some could think he dosn't deserve a title in one year for example a bunch of people though orton didn't deserve his world title at 24 cause he was a undeserving newcomer
