Help I have an interview today!!!!!!!!!!?

Question

I have an interview today with a casino. I always get stumped when I get asked the question, How will you provide our customers with great service so they will come back again? Any ideas on what I can say?

Answer 1

Customers come back when they get (1) what they want, (2) when they want it, and (3) friendly service.

Obviously, there may be times that we cannot give the customer what they want, if their request is unreasonable. But, most customers appreciate knowing that you went above and beyond to try to make it happen for them, and that you responded to their needs in a timely fashion.

Customers want to be treated as though they are the only customer that matters to you, as though their problem is the most important thing going on in your life at the moment. Customers want you to treat them well, whether they're spending $5 or $5,000,000. They want you to treat them as you would treat your mother.

So, a good three-point answer is

1. meeting the customers' needs, whenever possible,
2. meeting the customers' needs in a timely fashion, and
3. providing exceptional service to each customer, regardless of how much they spend, with a smile.

I will listen with a smile on my face and cheerfully provide up to the limit the allowed range of services. I will have this customer service focused attitude on from the moment I enter the casino floor until I leave.

this is what you wanna say " I value our customers time. So I want them to feel happy here and do this by providing the best service I can. If I cannot help them I find someone who can."
