I am not required to drive for my work so it wouldn't effect my job. I am employed in ND, but the conviction is pending from MN.

Does the employer or the law require you to? In my job, I'm required BY LAW to report it to my employer within 48 hours of being convicted.

If you're still drinking and driving in 2007 with all the education out there, you should think about entering a program to get some help with your drinking.

If you don't have to drive for them, I would think you would NOT have to report it...but, given that you employed there, you may want to disclose this as it is a criminal offence and word will get around...get to them first....
