Amtrak is the fastest, but it is not cheap. The station in Philadelphia is at 30th St. Parking in NYC is too expensive. There are cheap Chinatown buses for $12 each way. They show Kung Foo movies. http://www.staticleap.com/chinatownbus/

Train. 30th street (I believe) train station.

Honestly you don't want to risk getting your car stolen/damaged when traveling to NYC or even Philly. If possible I would take a train to Philly also (depending where you are coming from)

Orange Blossom, the airports are in Queens, not Brooklyn.
Take the train.

train is easy- takes you into Penn station in the middle of Manhattan and its scenic and you can sleep, eat, talk- i love the train.- i'd say fly, but that'll take you to brooklyn and then you'll just have to cab it to Manhattan anyway or take the subway and from experience its a pain in the tush and a LONG way from the airport to Manhattan with luggage.
