what do you mean you are unable? Has a GP told you this??
The thing with deciding you want to have a baby NOW is that you tend to focus every living minute on this. Start taking Folic Acid, this is very good and recommened in the UK, cant remember exactly what it does but its does help.
Also and most importantly, forget about conceiving, the more you think about it the more you will NOT conceive. This is very true so please trust me, its easier said than done but please try! When I was ready to have my little girl I was almost obsessed and didn't conceive, the moment I decided I wasn't stressing about it anymore I missed aperiod and was pregnant. Just have fun trying!
Also have a trip to your doc and get checked out make sure you're in tip top health.

You should read the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. In it she explains Fertility Awareness Method. It will help you figure out when you are ovulating and when to time intercourse.
Also, take a prenatal vitamin.
Make sure you are ready to have and support a child with not only money but love and a supportive family.

first up I would find out why you are unable to carry / conceive.
then if you can become fertile then go for broke with your special someone and it might hit...if fertility is not within your reach then consider adoption there should be a child within that realm that might be what you truly need

You can go see a fertility doctor, and if that doesn't work then you can always adopt. There are millions of wonderful children out there who need a loving home.

If you haven't seen your family doctor that would be the first step.
Your doctor would be able to tell you what is wrong and what you need to do to further the process.

Do you live on a farm? If not you really don't need a child to survive.

you know i would think adoption because alot of teenagers have kids they dont want so theres alot of new borns u know and i know the child will apprciate it when he/she gets older
