take it back, demand ur money back if they will not load vista, call Microsoft

Read the Sales Slip again. Then tell us EXACTLY what it says.

Did you buy a Vista system, a Vista-ready system, a Vista-compatible system, or a system with a Vista upgrade?

I'm not sure....the vista is very expensive...in my country (Romania) it doesn't exist

check with the store where you got your new PC and ask them what the conflict is all about.
