I would say go ahead and give it a try. I think if something is within reason and its with your spouse whats the harm in giving it a try. I know it seems gross but meeting her half way would go a long way. Tell her that this is not something you desire but for her you will try it and see what happens. Who knows you may take a liking to it, but if you don't just say you tried but you don't like it. It is better to try than just out and out say no. But thats only something within reason. Having another woman join you is not within reason.Just needed to say that before you take that road.
Words of caution make sure she cleans her anal area. Not just talking on the outside but inside as well. If you think its gross tell her, if she doesn't accept the answer sit down and have a talk about what she would be getting out of it?
Is she looking for you to spice it up a little or is she just curious? If she is just curious and hasn't had it before, try it for her, she will quickly realize what "it" is all about. If she is looking to spice things up then relate to her and find something together that will satisfy the both of you.

By all means give it to her and you should be thanking the gods for giving you a wife that wants to do that. You need to try it before you think its gross. Make sure she takes a crap first. There is nothing that will kill the mood faster than sticking your finger up her butt to feel the crusty piece of food she ate a couple nights before, trust me!!!!! Yes, some women do like it. Just be honest with her and tell her you think it's gross. She would expect the same consideration if you wanted her to do something to you that she didn't want to do, right? My wife requested this from me early in our relationship and I was more than happy to oblige. It...felt...so...incredible!! Both of us really enjoyed it, but she is also very against pain.
