I've a friend called Peter Lannigan who says he's a retired actor. Have you heard of him?

He was born in London. Apparently he was in TV series, often crime shows, and he says he played a part in the 1959 film, "House of the Seven Hawks", starring Robert Taylor

They don't even say what role he played, which usually means it's a walk-on as "Third Guard" or something like that. Other than that, his career seems to have been mighty short, at least on film.

You say the word "Friend" but is he?

I suspect you don't believe HIM, or believe he is embellishing some truth perhaps? Why not just let HIM share with you, and consider that as a FRIEND he has little reason to lie, unless it's purely an ego thing.

Sounds as if he was an extra for most of his career.
