Where is the right time to feel love or to have marriage?

I don't think there is a right or wrong time for love it comes usually when you least expect it. The hard part is telling love from lust or infatuation. The right time for marriage is when you are ready to commit yourself to one person for the rest of your life and make them and their happiness as important to you as your own happiness. You can love someone but still not be ready to be married
