My old car used to do that all the time when it was cold outside. Sometimes it helped to get a jump from someone to give the car more power to start. You may not need a new battery as others have suggested b/c I put a brand new one in and it made no difference. My car, like me, just didnt like the cold weather. I found that if I could keep the car in a warmer place it would sometimes help, but the real trick was to make sure that the car got started and run for a while every 8-10 hours or so when I knew it was going to be cold. I am not kidding I used to go out right before bedtime and start the car and let it run for 10-15 minutes so that it would start in the early morning. I would have no chance of it starting if I let it sit for as many days as you have.
Like I said try getting a jump or just waiting for it to warm up outside if that is an option. Then in the future make sure that you dont let it sit for that long if you know it is going to be cold.
It's something Minnesotans are sort of used to. You should also make sure that you have at least a half tank of gas in the car before letting it sit outside if it was cold.

Your battery needs replacing. It has enough voltage to run the radio which would run on AA batteries but not enough to get the starter moving. The click you hear is the starter solenoid trying to engage the starter motor but the battery doesn't have enough life left in it. Find someone with jumper cables to help or take the battery in the house for a few hours. Then get a new battery.

It sounds as if it may be the starter solenoid. You may want to have that checked out. If it is it's easy to replace. Hope this does the trick.
