I had nose surgery close to 11 months ago and it came out uneven. Its not very obvious at first but you can still tell. I have had people tell me that my left side looks wide. I denied this to myself hoping that it will go away but it hasnt. When I touch it I feel a bony protusion there. The surgeon is board certified and overall a good one. I told him about it and he says it will go away meanwhile i went to another surgeon for advice and he says it wont. He says all the swelling is down. I left my doctors office agreeing to come back in 5 mos but i know it wont go away. I feel that the doctor should take blame or be responsible and offer me methods towards this. And the funny thing is that i had to go up personally to make a follow up appointment bcause they would deny me one on the phone. Does any one know what to do? like can i sue him? or does he have to offer revision surgery for free? please any answers?? thanks

I don't think you can sue him unless he did something negligent and harmed you in some way medically. A botched nose job would not count. You will probably have to pay to have it redone as much as that sucks.

how unfortunate for you. nose jobs are very painful. see an attorney for legal advice. ask around for a good recommendation don't just use a tv attorney because they take too big of a cut . any doctor can be sued.

The statute of limitations on malpractice suits is 2 years.
