I need to pay a seller account from ebay from November of 2006?

I have been getting phone calls that my ebay account as a seller is past due. How do I pay this account?

Go to your My Ebay page and find the sellers fees you owe. There will be instructions there to pay online by credit card, by a PayPal account or where to send a check

or find your last invoice in your email. i think there might be a link on there
