I was wondering about this implantation cramp alot of you are saying. Now does this hurt or is it just like the cramps a woman would get when her period is coming?

Now I have also seen people use this TTC what does it mean?

Some women experience cramping and spotting around the time the egg implants into the endometrial lining. This is usually around 6 to 12 days after ovulation. They have been described as period like cramping and even slight sharp pains. Mostly women that are actively trying and very in tune with ther bodies (looking for signs) notice this.

TTC is an abreviation for Trying To Conceive.

For many women, feeling that all-too-familiar cramping sensation of period pain is made all the more miserable when trying to conceive a baby. Some couples who have been trying for many months become despondent when the woman reports 'period pain' when she wishes her period wouldn't come along at all. However, what a lot of people don't know is that sometimes that pain is actually implantation cramps and it means she is in fact pregnant!

i have no idea what TTC is sorry...
hope the other info helps

I felt implantation cramping. In fact, it was the only pregnancy sign I had prior to missing that first period.

It's probably different for each woman, but for me implantation cramping didn't hurt and it didn't feel like a menstrual cramp, either. It wasn't quite like anything I had ever felt before: it was as if the right and left sides of my abdomen were pulling slightly toward the center of my body, starting about 9 days past ovulation. It was very mild...so mild that if I hadn't been trying to conceive and obsessively searching for pregnancy signs, I wouldn't have noticed it.

Good luck!

WOW, Implantation cramping, never ever heard of it, and was not sure what you were speaking about, I thought maybe you were describing cramps from some sort of new birth control device!! LOL!!

Actually, I had no idea anyone ever gave those sensations a name!! When I was pregnant with my son, I really do not remember cramping, I do remember having one major sharp pain, it was so quick and intense it brought me to my knees!!
Thank-God, it was only the one time!!

With my daughter, I went to the er, and explained that I was cramping like I do when I have my period, yet I was not menustrating!! cuz, yup I was w/child!!

I have heard different descriptions. Some describe them as sharp cramps and some as more period like cramps. It's probably individual to the woman. Most of these things are. I know that's not much help, sorry!

You might need to check with a Dr. When I had those cramps I lost my baby. So yeah it would be wise just to check.
