The question isn't whether or not she deserves it, the question is why didn't he have her sign a prenup! Come on! With that much money you get everything in writing first!
Legally she deserves something.

If they didnt sign a prenup.. its his mistake.. but still she dont deserve the money.. She suppose to have loads of money herself without his. Maybe the money should be put into a special fund for the little girl... Shes the one who deserves it.. NOT Heather... I think she lied about him and then using things from his previous marriage. really shows what a 'gold digger' she is.. I dont see how something from a previous marriage be used in her divorce,..... oh well .... hurting one another, making scandals and lies is the way the RICH get RICHER>...

No. She deserves maybe a million for each year they were married so that'd be 4 million and also child support since they have a kid. But 50 million is way to much. She didn't even contribute anything financially to their marriage so 50 million is way too much for her.

She doesn't deserve more than what she nees to pay for the baby's upkeep and welfare. That sure isn't 50 mil!
Besides, she's fairly well to do on her own.
I feel kind of sorry for Sir Paul. He's apparently been hoodwinked by this woman. She married him for his money and not for love.

We have no idea what went on behind the scenes. She has had a taste of the high life and knows she will not be able to afford it now without money. She is not worth 77 million and I agree that she is greedy, but she just may have grounds ?

He should have known when he married her that he would eventually end up losing it. Thats the risk of "love". I dont think she deserves it, but he made that choice when he chose her as his wife and the mother of his child.
