No. The Blue Jays in 1994 weren't going anywhere. They were 5 games under when the strike hit, and in 3rd place, 16 games back. Further, as that season had progressed, their play had deteriorated.

Dodgers were rolling in the NL West. Who knows? The World Series was not affected by World War I, World War II or any number of cataclysms, but one stupid strike in mid-season in 1994.

Indians were on a roll near the end of the season. They would have beaten out the Jays and the ChiSox IMO.

The Expos would have definitley be there and I think they would have won it no matter who they played. They had an incredible team. But I guess we'll never know.
