The reality is that our government can't even control its own budgets, can't control the borders, can't control the behavior of their members, can't win a war on drugs or poverty, can't even have a presidential election without involving the Supreme Court and basically try to solve most problems by throwing lots of money at them.

How the heck would they control the weather?
