Sadly, I understand what you are saying and I as an American am deeply concerned about what our leaders are willing to do to ensure their power.
Most Americans want to believe their leadership is noble and fighting for liberty but you can see that by the laws they are enacting against their own citizens with the implementation of the Patriot Act and the 2007 Defense Authorization Act that even we are not safe from the power and corruption.
The powerful who run this country will apparently stop at nothing to achieve their goals in this New World Order.
For those of you who still think that phrase New World Order is something I am taking out of context you can listen to GHW Bush using this exact phrase to usher in this movement in an address to the nation on September 11,1990. Interesting date?
GHW Bush has a history of using numeric and name symbolism.

I do think that the United States has many great people and has created many awesome things in it's 231+year history.
But when you look at the movement that has been building for the last 40+ years I am more than concerned and appalled.

Hopefully soon people will realize this movement includes members from both major political parties and has many members. Including media entities and leaders from other countries in Europe.

To list everything that needs to be addressed in this answer would take forever and much of the information can be found on the web and in books. Most just don"t want to know all of the truths because it would make them have to examine themselves and their involvement. Even if it is on a much smaller scale than the leadership.

The only thing that gives me comfort is that when you look over the course of human history somehow good always conquers evil.
Hopefully soon this will happen. I do believe there are just and decent people with a political agenda and I hope they come into the frey very soon.
Until then there are people out there who are trying to spread the truth and trying to educate the rest.

Stir in the almost drunken requirement to requisition raw materials lacking or squandered in their own land.

Add to that a pinch of insularity, there is the recipe for stupidity.

It's the education system. If america ever bothered to invest heavily into state-sponsered universities and schools it would drive out stupid christian myths and get americans qualified with real skills and qualifications.
