A 2-year old beaten and left in the snow to die...I think the "father" of this child should be the first candidate for the "Execution Channel", and thrown into a shark-tank.

what a frickin horrible tragic story. We will now pay for him for the rest of our lives. I spent a great part of my life protecting people's constitutional rights but when you get people like this, Im sorry they deserve to be marched out back, handcuffed to the same bench where the little girl was left and see if he can survive for 48 hours in his underwear. He does not deserve a fair trial and he definitely does not deserve to be treated humanely.
Let him die a horrible death.

And we complain about third world countries. It's a shame that children seem to be just as expendable in America as they are in the third world.
