'HOT' being used to describe someone who is perceived without flaws, has a brilliant sense of humor, and is sexually alluring... I need something better than 'HOT' so I don't sound like a poor imitation of Paris Hilton.

I like to say that people are "attractive". This conveys the fact that they are good looking and have a good personality without needlessly referring to their sex appeal. Attractive sounds chaste and works well for me as a married Christian. Example: Matt Damon is very attractive!
