This question is about summing the moments (or torque, the magnitude of a force multiplied by its distance from the point of rotation) about the pivot point.

All you need to do is multiply the mass and distance from the fulcrum of each object and see which is greater.

155sn * 11cm = 1,705 sn-cm
142sn * 12cm = 1,704 sn-cm

The system is out of balance (though by a very small amount) to the right.
