if they are running n the same way means they r parallel...lol..then they will NEVER meet!
however there r circumstances in which they will meet abiding by the foreset laws too,,,,,
like if they chose the same path...then they need to have only a difference in velocity to meet each other at some time!

They will meet only when if their velocities are different and the faster one starts after some time that of first.

they will meet in a point provided they are moving in the same direction and that the one relatively behind in this motion is having a greater velocity.
