The FS300 is just a foot switch to control what voices you hear. What you need is a second amp hooked into an effects rack. You can use that to fiddle with the second voice (adjust the reverb, volume, envelope, etc) to give you a second voice in unison with yourself. The right effects rig will even let you adjust it to be in thirds or fifths with yourself.

You can then use the FS300 to turn that second voice on and off during the song, but by itself it won't do you a lot of good.

Call the guys at Sweetwater (http://www.sweetwater.com/) on the phone. They've done some great work for me, designing inexpensive setups to do what I need.
