If cleaning the print heads and making sure you have sufficient ink doesn't work, you need to delve into color management. This is not a Yahoo Answers sort of question - you'd probably do better on your printer's support site. Read through your manual as to how to adjust the color management (one of the printer properties in Windows). If you need help then, we'd need to know the exact printer model and the exact operating system you are using.

Run a print head cleaning and diagnostic page, it sounds like one of your colors have run out. On the diagnostic page if you are missing one color then you will need to replace the cartridge. This will solve the problem.
