Nicholas Cage IS the best actor of all time. My favorite's of his are: National Treasure, The Wicker Man, World Trade Center, The Weather Man, Lord of War, The Family Man, Gone in 60 Seconds, City of Angels, Face Off, and Con Air. He is in like 60 movies now it's crazy! My favorite movies are only the one's I have seen and want to see more.

Not even if you restrict to the genre of action movies. There's Johnny Depp, Dustin Hoffman, Jack Nicholas, Robert de Niro, Marlon Brando, Humphrey Bogart, and a host of others, better. Maybe you just like his looks, which is only a part of what an actor has. Gone in Six Seconds was Cage's kind of movie, where the action makes the actor irrelevant. Same for Ghost Rider.
Even Brad Pitt's a better actor. (Fight Club)

Too soon to tell. You have to wait until after he is dead or retired before you can really judge and compare him to all other movie actors. Right now most critics would probably say Cary Grant is the best movie actor ever, but eventually somebody currently working might supplant him.

Totally miscast in Captain Corelli's Mandolin,( de Bernieres' Corelli was short, dark and Italian) and acted off the screen by Sean Bean in National Treasure. I just can't see the attraction of the man no matter however many times I go to SpecSavers. I've tried Dolland and Aitchinson too. Sorry!!

DeNiro is the best actor of all time.
Pacino is great also, but tends to overact in a few scenes in each movie. Still ove him though.
Christopher Walken, Dustin Hoffman, Joe Pesci...all excellent actors.

wow he is talented but he definatly not the best ever if you would have narrowed that down a bit i might have been with you but there is no way he is better than some of the greats like Brando... thats is a very broad assumption.... but i understand why you would say that but i do not agree...

I enjoy "most" of his movies, but he is not the best actor ever. He was excellent in Leaving Las Vegas, but he did do WICKER MAN. Which his performance was terrible.
