When you have been on the computer for a long time? If so, how long does it take to get them warmed back up? It takes me at least a half hour.

Yes, they do sometimes. It's because we are sitting a sationary position too long and the blood is flowing good to the hands and feet. It's always good to take a break now and then and do some ergonomic exercises...just sitting at your computer desk.
I ususally try to prop my feet up, if I know I will be at a computer for a lengthy amount of time and occasionally move and wiggle my feet and toes around to keep the blood circulating. The same goes for your hands.

my feet are perma-cold. My hands only get cold if i use the mouse too much. As long as I'm typing, I'm fine.
