the IRS is guilty of fraud (constructive), waste, and abuse as it often allows many who owe large tax debts to get off without paying anything. Bob Hedlund, Cody Wy. Retired 28 years with IRS Collection Division. To answer your question, no I usually keep my mouth shut. And if you think I'm kidding about the IRS you are incorrect.

I always speak my mind. If someone doesn't like me, I want it to be because they don't like the real me.
