Despite what these people have told you, you can become too old to make a snowman. Once you reach 50 years old it becomes impossible to create a snowman. However, common knowledge suggests that if you were to sacrifice a goat, or perhaps a really fancy shoe to you god, you would then regain all snowman making abilities. The only problem is it doesn't last long, 24-48 days and your ability to create a snowman will be lost, the amount of days grows with the quality of your sacrificed shoe/goat.

Heck no! I wanted to go play in the snow when we had some and i'm your age. It is very fun and especially if you don't get it as often as you or me. You want to make the most of it and make every time count. That way you can distinguish between snow years. This year you built a snowman with sunglasses maybe some other past year you had one with twig arms and put a scarf on him....it makes it more memorable.

Here's to fun in the snow

What does age have to do with building a snowman?

You are as young as you feel.

Snow is a blanket of love to enjoy. If you want to build a snowfamily... at the age of 100.. who's going to stop you?

You are never too old to be young again.

You're never too old to do anything as long as the limbs and health allow it. Go make your snowman - the bloke near by here is in his 70's and he's out playing with his grandchildren - that's how it should be. Enjoy yourself for as long as you can, forget about how old you are - do what gives you pleasure even if people laugh at you.

I am 32 years old and I still build snowmen. The difference now is that I can put a lot more detail into them, then when I was a kid. When I lived in North Bay I built a 6 foot tall snow rabbit. People stopped and took pictures of it when they were driving by. It was quite the piece of art.

Yes, you can be too old to make a snowman. When you are so old that moving your arms is painful and your joints just don't have enough elasticity to complete the task, then it is probably time to stop. Otherwise, have fun!

You're never too old, the snowman doesn't care how he got built, and if you're having fun, go for it. Hopefully we'll have snow soon so I can build one as well.

Hey - I've made two this morning (after washing up and doing the ironing...before hoovering) and sad to say - I am 52! It was great, THE best snow we have had in years for snowman (and snowball) making - in fact thanks for reminding me, must go and get some photos of them before it rains and they melt away!
So in answer to your question, NO you are never too old!
