Things that I found to be really helpful were:
* a jar of peanut butter and some plastic spoons (instant sweet craving fix as well as protein!!)
*instant cream of wheat, oatmeal, grits with a thermos of hot water
* can of mixed nuts
*granola bars*
*bag of washed grapes (frozen is good, too!) or other fruit, such as apples, pears, peaches, bananas
*cheese sticks or cut up pieces don't have to be refrigerated for long, so maybe in an insulated lunch bag with one of those ice packs (or non-refrigerated could be a pre-lunch snack)
*loose granola
*crackers and cheeze whiz for a salty snack craving
*sliced avocado
Those are all things that I kept handy when I was pregnant this last time. The peanut butter was my favorite!

Dry cereal! Go out and buy your favorite cereal maybe even ones you think you'd neve rlike and zip them up in baggies.
Try some flavored quaker rice cakes, small or the big ones, they've got many flavores, and it's a good snack but not full of calories. You can even put some jelly or peanut butter on them if you like.
Try some trail mix or party mix, some of these can be messy though, sticky fingers for some so be careful.
Why don't you pop a bag of popcorn before you leave work and place it in a zip lock, you can take it out throughout the day and snack. Flavored choices are a great way to change it up!
Dried fruit, always a plus with this one, boost of energy, vitamins and sweet taste without the real "sweet" Fruits are always good to have around too, mix it up throughout the week. Cereal bars are good too, the fruit ones.
Hope something there catches your eye.
Good Luck!

There are a lot of fruits and vegetables that do not require refrigeration. Not to mention things like trail mix and nuts or nut butters(peanut, cashew, almond and etc.) and whole wheat crackers.

Candy bars do wonders for energy! But also like wheat thin crackers, Gardetto's, Cheez its, water bottles, and for the mornings special K bars they have tons of flavors and if you feel like you need more sugar doughnuts are yummy!

An apple, some peanut butter and a knife or spoon. I love apples dipped in peanut butter. Or you could try pretzels dipped in peanut butter.
