I would like to be on a rotisserie so that, until I pass out from the heat and smoke inhallation I can wave to my friends as they dice up carrots and potatoes for the "Me Stew". I also would never allow you to cook me without some Zatarains Cajun seasoning because I want to be remembered the next morning when you all have heartburn. :P

With a hint of oregano and a touch of balasmic vinegar. Cook over a high flame for 20 minutes. Then ready to serve.
