North Korea announced it is going to take steps towards dismantling its nuke program prior to trade talks. Is this just an attempt at getting more trade consessions or do you think they will follow through with it?

the u.s. has never really been worried about north korea. the past couple of years has just been a ploy so that they get better incentives. This is not the first time this has happened, they did the same during clintons administration but it never really made the media cause clinton just gave them what they wanted. I can guarontee that within the next 5-10 yrs the same exact thing will happen again

I think something positive could happen now because China views what Kim is doing as potentially damaging to China's interest in the reason and has told Kim to "cool it"... and without the backing of China, North Korea could never win another war with the U.S. or with South Korea
