Only one account with them and no troubles.
I do however have to tell you to PLEASE never do business with Capital One... They are in need of customer service help not to mention a kick in the head for all the management.
They are by far the worst establishment I /we have ever done business with and will never deal with them again. Save yourself alot of screw up in your accounts and steer clear of them.
Our best banking institutes have been the local "Credit unions"

I am currently an employee at U.S. Bank for only a couple of months. If you are asking about how good they will treat you as a customer, I can tell you that it is their number one priority. U.S. Bank guarantees to deliver by committing to responsive, respectful, prompt and helpful service.
I'm sure this all sounds like a sales pitch, so let's consider some obvious points first. If there are no ATM's or branch locations near your residency or work, U.S. Bank may not be most suitable for you. These are easily located by visiting the website below and clicking on locations on the top menu. If you are applying for a specific loan in the near future, for example, you may want to research the interests rates of multiple banks before deciding. If you have already looked into everything, I can tell you from personal experience I have received nothing but top service from U.S. Bank even before I was an employee. There are many features they offer for free, including internet banking online bill paying to name a couple. If you are really interested in researching it more, I highly suggest browsing the website to get more details on interest rates, account options, and financial management. You can also look up information on the company itself on Yahoo Finance. If you have more specific questions, you can email U.S. Bank by clicking Contact Us on their website, or call a branch to speak directly with a member of their staff.
Good luck in choosing your financial institution!

I stopped using them when they were still Mercantile because of some BS about interest, but don't have any experience with the new management (mostly because I will never bank there again).

I currently have an account with them. They're ok, but honestly I have had a better experience with Washington Mutual and would recommend them to anyone! Plus they are everywhere!
