global warming doesn't mean that its not going to be cold. It means that the average temperatures will be higher. You will feel it more in Summer because a rise of 2 or 3 degrees is noticably warmer. In Winter once it drops below freezing it doesn't feel colder at -1 than it would at -3 or -4. It hasn't gone away it has been a lot milder this winter than I've ever known it to be and I've lived through 56 winters so have more to compare this one too.

Yeah! What happened to Global Warming? We were promised a mild to warm winter. Indeed, all of my geraniums have thus far survived since being planted in pots on my patio last May. It's been like summer in winter.

The recent snow and frost may have killed them off, they're looking a bit droopy this morning. Their survival for 8 months has surprised me and I saw this as evidence of Global Warming. If they do die off, I'll have to buy more baby geraniums in May/June - drat!

The term 'global warming' is not the best we can choose. While 'gw' means warmer temperature in some places like northern and eastern europe it also mean colder spain.
The researches has not agreed yet how will the global temperature change in the next decades.
We can agree on the sea level will raise.

it is here in chicago it was warm for 53 day before it got so cold
