Oh, yeesh. I've been going through this myself...
Not easy, I know. "Eat a bowl of All-Bran!" Okay, but All-Bran tastes like all-crap. And I also don't want the extra calories of eating stuff just to get fibre, on top of what I want to eat.
Hit a really good greengrocer, for a start. Fruit and veg are a lot easier to take in quantity if they're _good_ fruit and veg. I just downed a little box of raspberries, and a little box of blueberries. I'm not saying you need to spend $8 on a mid-day snack every day, but, here and there, think of it as a medical expense if it means eating what you need to eat.
Hit a health food/bulk store and buy bags of:
-- flaked bran
-- flaked rye
-- flaked oats
-- ground flax seed
-- several types of dried fruit
-- some well-chopped nuts (almonds are good)
Mix it together. You want to make this:

and eat it with milk whenever you feel like it. If you go heavy on the dried fruit, it's pretty tasty, and, uh, pretty good for the intended purpose. You'll only want a fairly little bowl of the stuff, so despite the sugary fruit, it's still fairly low-cal.
Stock up on the flax seed; throw it on yoghourt, salads, in soups, stews, spaghetti sauces, chili...
Oh: chili. With beans. Try epicurious.com, or vegetarian-specific sites, for good recipes. (Vegetarian ones generally rely more on beans.)
Baked beans, the plain Heinz kind, are great on toast.
Bean dips are usually lower-calorie than, well, the usual sorts of dips.
Going to a posh grocery store and getting lots of thoroughly appealing ready-made stuff is worth the money if you're not going to get the fibre in any other way. (And, given the results, I'm not convinced that fibre supplements are anywhere near as useful as actual food.) I had little hesitation about blowing the money on overpriced but tasty groceries after Googling "severe constipation in pregnancy"...

I use that Fibersure. I put it in warm items such as tea and my chai lattes, I also put some in my yogurt in the mornings (although I have to mix it up really well because it will clump in colder items). I also sprinkle it on dinner items such as my spaghetti and other noodles. It really has helped. It has absolutely no taste to it at all. And when I put it in my tea, it dissolves quickly and I don't even notice it.
Another person mentioned fiber tablets. Those may be a good idea for you also depending on your situation and how you want to monitor it. A tablet it already measured for you. That Fibersure you have to measure it yourself.
Fruit has a lot of fiber in it also. Try eating an apple a day or an orange. They are both tasty, sweet, low-cal, and are chocked full of fiber (especially the apple).
Hope this helps!

Well if your hungry and need a snack go for dry cereal, get the ones that have the most fiber in them, no need to add milk, just snack on them. Not only is it good for you, your also not reaching for junk food, it's got fiber, and other vitamins you need. Small low in calories..and always handy in a zip lock baggie.

Try whole wheat pasta. I eat it all the time. To me, it tastes just like regular pasta when you put sauce and cheese on it. I use the Hodgson Mill brand or even Barilla Plus. They sell them in just about every grocery store. The pasta has about 6 grams of fiber per 1/2 cup serving.

Replacing your white bread with whole wheat bread, buying cereals made from whole grain, like you said about veggies and fruits as well(veggies are easy to chop or puree and sneak into foods such as pasta sauce) and fruits taste great in a smoothie with low fat milk. If you're having problems with consitpation, bulk fibers such as fibercon and metamucil are safe to use during pregnancy.

I couldn't add fiber to my diet with those powders or drinks, so I took a fiber tablet with each meal. Maybe that's an option for you?

Eat Total cereal. It has a great amount of essential nutrients and vitamins. I was advised to eat it during pregnancy for my low iron, but it pretty much has everything in it.
