Yes. Here's how you can find it - if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, Saturn is in the Eastern sky during the evening. If you go outside and look due east around 8 or 9 PM, you can see Saturn in the constellation Leo. Look for the stars Algeiba and Regulus. Saturn is very near to these stars right now, and is forming a triangle. It's apparent magnitude is -0.03 right now, so it is very visible to the naked eye. It looks just like a bright star.

Yes. Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn just look like bright stars in the sky. Remember that astrology predates the telescope and modern astronomy, and casting a horoscope requires knowing where the planets are.

And don't look where eri told you to look...she's wrong. Trogdor got it right though.
Actually, it is left of Orion, but it's not south.
As for spirit and his "military" binoculars, he's talking about a very large and expensive pair of binoculars. And even then you need a tripod to hold them steady. You're not going to make out the rings with your average 7X50 binocs.
But as for Saturn itself...yeah, easily visible to the naked eye. It's brighter than most stars, but not all of them.

A planet does not flicker. A mid night, look to the sky above your head for a steady bright dot. That's saturn.

Yes. It's nice and bright and rising in the East about an hour after sunset. It's kind orangy-looking, and doesn't twinkle. Look for it to the left (at least 10 degrees) and south of Orion.

Yes, you can. You can see it both with the naked eye (it looks incredibly similar to a star) or with binoculars (you should be able to see some details through these, depending on how good they are).
