Maybe you should go to a spelling class. I have no idea what you are asking.

I think it is much easier for the guests to reserve seating. Some people get upset that they dont' get to pick where they want to sit, but I think they are just being silly. They can deal with being assigned a seat, and chances are it really is in their best interest and in the interest of other guests. If you are serving dinner, you need to know where the food goes. If its a buffet, then this isn't a big deal. The big problem is managing the families and putting people that know each other together. It is like a big puzzle, you have a limited amount of tables and you can't split people up and you want ot avoid putting people with strangers. If you let them choose, families and couple may be split up and people have to wander around asking if a seat is taken. Someone has to be the last to come in. I am very shy and don't do well in social situations, I know I would hate having to find a seat if I didn't know people very well. If you have people who don't get along, you definitely need assigned seating to keep the peace. With assigned seating, there is no worrying and everyone gets to sit with the people they came with.

The backward castes have been discriminated against for centuries. Education is the only way to empower them. So in that respect, reservation is essential. Besides, anyone from a backward caste is not going to get a seat. Reservation only relaxes the the entry requirements a bit. So, no non-deserving person is going to get a seat just due to reservation, they will need the minimum qualifications.

Reservation in any form is bad and as a matter of fact it harms the person who has got a seat on this quota basis because he/she finds it difficult to keep up with the peers and suffers psychologically.
I have seen a number of quota candidates becoming psychic cases as the pressures in IITs and IIMs have got to them and they cannot cope. Improve the basic standards of the backward classes if required and once they are on the same level as others, let them compete.
As all can see - bhuvnesh needs to improve his English.

Rule for reservation is good but it should be fir all, there should be not a castisum mattre, the castisum is a political mattre, it is not an educational. the poor peopal are from backward cast it is not necessary they could be from open also.. so it this rule should be for poor or we can say who is not able to learn more..

I think goverment should Loan for the study to the students, rather then giving reservation...

by this way all will happy....

there should be no reservation seats based on caste. india is country with wide diversity n taking this in to account there should be equal treatment for everone
there should be reserved seats only for economic backward class.

It is voting bank for politicians and they will not attempt to change the policy and to take risk in Elections. It is a fate. Undeserving people are benefited by this reservation. If oppose it boldly, you will be bombarded.

I am not sure whether it is BACK-WORD or BACK-WARD.

If it is WORD ... I have no answer.

If it is WARD .. then my dear friend, let us start from our side by NOT putting education UNDER RESERVATION.

KNOWLEDGE is open to ALL. It is NOT RESERVED.
Let us KILL that attitude of resrvation as an individual.

GOOD LUCK.
