I walked.....i armed myself with snow balls, you just never know eh!!
My children couldn't get to school, so i had the prime excuse of coming home early.....and strangely enough i booked tomorrow off!

I didnt make it cos although we dont have it too bad here - I choose to believe the forcaster who said we wud get snowed in before the day is out. Unfortunatley he is wrong and I suspect I might have a bit of a "chat" with my boss tomorrow who no doubt did go in and she lives further away then me. I wonder if I can sue the BBC for wrong information - I've had a cracking day though so who cares????

Sort of, i couldn't go to work today as my children's schools decided to close so i couldn't go to work as i had to look after them, so i kind of had a day off but had the pleasure of my kids company, just hope it doesn't snow in the morning as i already have one son off with an inset day, just have to wait and see..

My daughter could'nt go to school so we made a wicked snow man and called him Bob.

I didn't make it. My excuse was that I live at the bottom of a hill and the car wouldn't make it. It's good for sledging though.

well, i was hoping not to, but we didnt get snow till lunchtime..i wanted to skive today..am hoping for more later so i can try again tomorrow !

I made it to school but i found out that my school was cancelled. i was well pleased because i could take the rest of the day off.
