Yes most defiantly if the person who buys it reports you you can get in big trouble and nobody will buy from you again.

I think as long as you specifically state the bags are not real, it is OK. If you are planning on selling the bags, I would make sure you reiterate the bags are fake so that you don't have to deal with an uphappy buyer. Be sure you describe the bag as designer-inspired or a "knock-off" from the beginning.

No, as long as you do not say that it's the authentic. If you do though, not only could you get in trouble with eBay, but you could get into legal trouble with the buyer or just in general with the law for being a distributor of fake bags.

YES!

ABSOLUTELY!

you can and will get in trouble.

you would be selling COUNTERFEITS. it matters not that you state it isn't the real thing.

it is against the law!

ebay is inundated with fakes and is FINALLY stepping up to the plate and taking action against sellers of such goods.

they are pulling many REAL designer items now, as they are being sued by many designer companies in federal court!

you will be found out and the items will be removed.

is the small amount of money you MIGHT get, worth losing your selling privileges?

DON'T DO IT!

BTW, why would you want to buy them anyway? do you realize that by doing so, that you may be contributing to some criminal agenda.

they have discovered that much of the money from these items is actually funding things such as terrorism and many other awful things.

probably not, knowing how the majority of stuff that ppl sell on ebay is stolen anyways.not to mention that buying and selling stuff on ebay contributes to ppl thinking they can get rich quick when in all actuality, ppl lose more money on ebay than they make.

The nearest I can deduce is that it is OK for us to keep polluting the Bay as long as we can hope that somebody else is polluting it more," he said. "As someone that has worked on the Bay, going on 50 years I started when I was 14 I have seen incredible changes in the Bay. I know, as sure as I am standing here, the Bay is not getting better unless we take action.

No. You cannot get in trouble. Although you may want to include an accurate description when posting your item. Use words like "replica, or similar to" and then someone won't be inclined to return it once they see it's not authentic.

If you advertise it as being genuine, then yes, you can very well get in trouble. However... I don't think that you can be penalized as long as you don't say that it's something other than what it is. Just be truthful, and all will be well, hopefully.

not if you tell the buyers they are buying fake goods. in my country people have been arrested for passing fake goods as authentic. Just so you know..

No. As long as you don't lie about what they are there is no reason you could get intro trouble.
