HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! That's a joke right? Got to be, this current dimwit in the White House has been an unmitigated disaster, lies like a tablecloth and can't string 2 intelligible sentences together without help. Health care costs have skyrocketed, we owe more money than ever since he has borrowed more money than the last 42 presidents combined, gives tax breaks to his wealthy friends so they don't have to make any sacrifices to pay back the money he has borrowed to fund his war of choice. Every man, woman and child in this country currently owes $28,920.00 towards servicing the debt he has run up. He lied to the people of News Orleans and Biloxi and said they will get money to rebuild, they have received < 1/2 of 1% of the money promised. And he is great? I have high blood pressure, I need some of the drugs your smoking.

I haven't read the other answers - wanted to give you an unpolluted answer first.. I may add an edit later. Something positive about Barack Obama: The man is a wonderful speech-maker. If John McCain had been as gifted a speaker as is Barack Obama, John McCain might well be President today. He is a little weaker on "off-the-cuff" remarks, but after 8 years with George W. Bush's speech impediment, even Obama's weak spot seems strong.

Given, Humanist, that you are a sensible and rational person, I would have to say no, I would not believe you. I would assume you are using this question as a ploy to elicit a response from Yahoo Answer participants.

The only way this comment can sincerely come out of a sensible person like yourself is if a gun was being pointed at your head, or it was done in a drug induced stupor.

no, because opinions are subjective to the person making them. What you like about Bush, maybe I don't. What I like about Clinton, maybe you don't agree, etc... But honestly I think we could have ended up with a LOT worse with either one.

"Believe" is a word designed for those who are learning. "Agree" (which is probably the better word for your sentence) is a word designed for those who already know, but are having their positions challenged.
