Beef fillet mignon, cooked medium rare. Served with a red wine sauce on a bed of creamed spinach with roast tomatoes and roast Portobello mushrooms. Lots of fresh pepper & some rock salt.
Enjoy this with a deep smooth red wine!
OMG yum!!

As for me a typical South Indian Thali ( Thali means a plate), which consists of rice, dhall, potato fry, rasam (tamarind water with tomatoes), curd and a papad (roasted fryums), want to taste this? you dont have to come to South India, go to any South Indian hotels in your country, you can have it. Hey I forgot to mention , this is a truly vegetarian food!
