It has been a while, but in Headford, there is a large hotel on the main street in town right across the street from Joyce's grocery and petrol. It has an AAWSOME restaurant with great food and great service. Everyone knows about the Joyce's, they own practically the whole town. This is just up the road from Caherlistrane, Co Galway

the best place in Ireland to go for a meal and a few drinks is Horetown House Hotel, its fantastic. Elegant sophisticated and affordable. The food comes from and excellent team of chefs all award winning and the restaurant is run by quite possibly the youngest and best manager i have ever seen. try it out.
