How do transfer a bit torent file onto a cd?

i have asked this question before, and i am findin it hard to transfer a bittorent file onto a cd. When I go to windows media player, it does not allow me to burn it onto a cd.

Is it a ISO file?? Sounds like it.

You need to find either powerISO, or magicISO, or another
ISO program
