I've just spent about 10 mins ploughing through 'help' pages which are no help what so ever, trying to find a relevant email address, but to no avail. I appreciate that they have a huge ammount of users and they don't want to be inundated but, can it be so hard to answer my one question, when all of thier lines of help-defence have failed?

maybe if you ask us what your problem is we could help....and if it has anything to do with money or financial issues, half of everything is a scam...second off, they want you to lose your money and not be able to contact them, thats the way most business work...they wouldnt be billionaires if you were able to retrive what is rightfully yours.
