As, JR81CCS wrote, this is attributable to Steve Jobs.
To me, it means to "stay hungry" for life, keep your dreams alive. If this should lead you down a path less traveled, then "stay foolish" and take it.

Well I don't know for sure, but I am guessing they are implying that while you don't have as many possessions and other such stuff you are more likely to take chances that you would if you felt all secure and didn't need anything.

So I guess they are saying that when you do get that security you should still keep the attitude you had from before. So that you will continue to strive and achieve.

I'd say it means something like, keep craving for what you dream for, and don't think too much about making every effort to do it so

it means "stay hungry stay foolish"unless there was something else before or after that.

If don't know either but if I had to guess, it may have something to do with the fact that malnutrition effects your brain negatively.
