I am almost done buying all my stuff to start my scrapbooking!!
But I am wondering with what size should I start my album pages?
Do you recommend 12x12? I don't think it will fit into my printer, tell me everything I should know about this.

If you have never scrapped before, 12x12 is the size I recommend. One con will be the amount of time involved. Prepare to spend a lot of time on this project! If you are naturally creative, and not hesitant, things will get on those pages quickly. If not, .... well, like I said, prepare to spend a lot of time. The other con is you can't fit it into a printer, although all craft stores sell a wide variety of 12 x 12 papers inexpensively. Pros of using this size are: You will have enough room to use any type of technique. Matting photos, adding borders, titles, room for journaling. You will also have lots of room to add any type of embellishment - stickers, envelopes, bows, ribbon, etc. You will quickly discover which ones you enjoy using the most.
Using a 8 1/2 x 11 inch page does not leave room for different techniques. Adding an average size photo that is 5'" wide that is matted leaves only about 5" (2 1/2" on either side). This is not much room . And that's if you add only 1 (horizontal) photo.
Using a 6x6 page doesn't leave room for much more than a few embellishments. If you always used this size, you would never have the opportunity to learn many techniques. Also, many photos will have to be resized to fit such a small space.
So, put a 12x12 in front of you, and go crazy, try different things. After all, there's plenty of room.... Once you've done a 12x12 book, you will be better prepared to do any size with no problem. Best of Luck !!!

You can buy the 12 X 12 sheets of paper and decorate them with photos and embellishments. You don't have to print on the 12 X 12 sheet.
