I guess people probably would say Paris. However, I think that the most romantic city is probably anywhere so long as the two people really want to be there and really enjoy themselves and have a time to really bond with one another.
Personally I think a small town with a view of the countryside in Ireland would be a cool place.

Omaha, Nebraska lolololol. Just kidding, sorry Omaha. I don't know, all cities are filled with both romantic and non-romantic feelings, so it's up to you as to where the most romantic city is. Nature is probably more romantic than a dirty city though.

its you or the person you're with who makes a place romantic i think. the park on a happy day could be a romantic place but on any other day, it'd just be the park.
