People on Yahoo couldn't possibly know who you're attracted to, so who cares what they think?
As far as your friends, if none of them are gay, they probably are clueless as to what gay means.
The only guess I can make without knowing you is that you might be somewhat effeminate in your mannerisms, dress or interests. That doesn't make you gay. Only physical attraction to other men makes you gay.
If you're friends are so wrong and won't let up on the issue, then you just need new friends. Real friends accept you as you are and don't dedicate themselves to perpetually making you uncomfortable. That's not friendship, that's usury.

My guess is that people live by stereotypes. Men should act one way and do certain things and women should act another way and do other things. One stereotype of gay and lesbians is that they take on the other gender's roles. So if a guy is sensitive or takes overly care of his appearance he must be gay. It's all based on cultural beliefs and stereotypes. Just be who you are and your friends should love you disregarding sexual preference, whether it be gay or straight.

We can’t really answer this because we don’t know you. The next time someone makes a gay comment, you should ask them to their face. It could be the way you look, dress, talk or possibly these people are just trying to wind you up.

Well maybe it as to do with the why you act or something. If your emo then must people think that they are gay { which is not true} or if you wear a lot of bright or hot pink shirts.
