Please help... im sitting at work and i have just soiled myself ... ive been chewing fruity sweets all day and just realised the lactose effect is very real... what do i do?!

so **** happens.. on a daily basis.. so try to wash it.. for the future try not to eat so much and just in case have a pack of wet napkins.. don`t worry.. be careful in the future!

Take a trip to the bathroom,and if your underwear are soiled you'll have to go home,or if there not to bad then rinse clean with soap an water,dry them with the hand dryer on the wall if there is one,or go without undies for the rest of the day,a little excitement in your life can't hurt.

Get on a chair with wheels and casually scoot to the door. When you get there, walk with your back against the wall. If someone passes, put on a 'I need to be sick look' and don't catch their eye. Once in toilet, find a sweater and tie round your waist. Leave early if possible. Do not move too much because the stench will fluff up.
