Give them a break they are from Utah, they probably don't know what RSVP means. It is actually a French term that means, "Respondez S'il Vous Plait". In English it means please respond. Give them a break, after all they are from Utah.

I think it is a lost art, when I got married, only my side of the family rsvp'd. It could be that my husbands family doesn't like him though, hmmm.

haha, well i had a bday party and it said RSVP... and i really needed to know... if they could come, so i ended up calling them.
